Get Your Freight There on Time

Due to limited storage capabilities, Boise Centre is not equipped to store freight and cannot accept freight shipments more than 72 hours (3 days, including weekend days and holidays) prior to event move-in. Goods arriving ahead of time may be refused and required to return at the scheduled move-in time.

All shipments received by dock staff will remain on the loading dock until the start of move-in. It is the responsibility of the client, show management, or promoter to transfer shipments to the desired contracted space(s).

If items need to be shipped earlier than the 3-day window, the promoter/event organizer will need to arrange off-site storage.

It is the sole responsibility of the client, promoters, exhibitors and vendors to arrange the load-out of freight, including packing, labeling, and contacting the freight company for pickup.
