Requesting a proposal and checking availability is easy. Submit an Event Request Form or call 208-336-8900 and someone from our team will respond within one business day.
Room rental includes table, chairs with standard setup/teardown, six stage decks, a podium, and a wired microphone per room.
Facility rental is collected in full prior to the event. In addition, 75% of forecasted event related charges – including, but not limited to, catering audiovisual, and IT – are collected prior to the event. Cancellation of the event after it is contracted will result in a penalty ranging from 50%-100% of the total facility rental, as well as any event-related charges incurred by Boise Centre.
